Apostle Anthony D. Burns, Ph.D. is an anointed man of God from Newburgh, New York. He is the proud son of William and Joyce Burns. Apostle Burns attended the public schools of Orange County (New York), and received his high school education from Newburgh Free Academy. He then attended Leigh University for National Printing Ink Institute, Advance Course in Leigh, PA. He also received his degree in Evangelism. He is a graduate of Covenant Bible College & Theological Seminary, earning the degrees of Masters of Ministry and Doctorate of Philosophy in Ministry.

Apostle Burns grew up in environs of New Life Worship Center, Inc. in Chester, New York where he served the ministry, faithfully, for more than 20 years. He served in various positions, including treasurer, youth pastor, and in the prison and homeless ministries, among many others.

Apostle Burns was ordained as an Elder under Bishop Donald Rudolph of New York. In October of 2006, he was ordained First Assistant Bishop to the Presiding Prelate, Bishop John L. Hickman, of the Living Word International Fellowship of Churches. He operates under several different mantles, from walking in the prophetic to business operation and management. Apostle-Designate Burns has traveled and ministered all over the United States as well as in other countries.

Apostle is the founder and Presiding Prelate of the Anointed Word Kingdom Assemblies, covering fifteen churches in several states, including Florida, New York, Texas, Arizona, Maryland and Louisiana. He serves as spiritual father to several Bishops, Pastors, Elders and Ministers.

On May 23, 2009, Apostle Burns was Consecrated, Coronated and Elevated to the Ministration of Archbishop in the Lord's Church at the hand of Apostle++D. E. Chase, Ph.D., and was also fully Confirmed and Affirmed to the Work and Ministration of the Apostleship. He received full lines of Apostolic Succession at the hand of Apostle Chase during the Sacred Service of Apostolic Afirmation.

God has used this vessel to speak into the lives of many leading Pastors and Bishops all across the world and they have seen God's prophetic words come to pass.
